Sorting this mess out

We are goining to use this site for one week more then we will switch to my site http://noodlesofcp.wordpress.com sorry hulk you lost please get over it. But you im all going to now let you say what could be done to my site to make it how you like it then possibly i will do that to the site. You will still need to come to me for permission before you do something like delete a page/widget or a section of page if you dont get my permission and you do that you will have to appear in the noodles court and you will probably get a 2nd chance but remember there is no 3rd chances so i think that it is very fair to fire you after you have broke my rules twice since that i have warned you of what will happen if you do.If you do want to break a rule im making a  freedom of speach page  were you must leave a comment saying what you want to happen in this army and i will reply to it saying if i give you permission to do that or what i think of it/ if i will do it if your not a author. I hope you are all happy and hulk im really sorry that you lost please try to just accept it that you lost and forget about it and use my site.

nathancool1 edit: the only thing that you cannot change is the name so don’t ask for it to be changed but you can if you want but it will ignored sorry hulk but im main leader. I love the name noodles and to make you happy il will practice my gramor I will use the wordpress spell check to make sure I spelt all my words right and I will read over what I type to see if I missed some punctuation. Hulk we need some better graphics for this army like maybe buttons like on the rr site that take you to our pages , a new banner maybe even a new header im not sure if you know how to use animation hulk so like it says the leaders names then it changes to join today or join now or whatever you want it doesn’t matter if you don’t know how to do it , it would just make us look cooler. We also need a cool chat background but I want to try make one and you can make all of the other stuff il make you admin so you can add them to the site.

new site/ the road to being major

hello nathancool1 here this post is split up into 2 sections. One section is all about what our new site will include and the other is about how wee can become major.

New site

the new site for us will be revealed on friday 3rd april here is what the new site will include

1. corrections of spellings and punctuation

2. better graphics such as new banner and shortcut widgets that take you to our pages (see red rebels site for an example) we will also need a sign for the widgets that says welcome to the noodles of cp/ army and a picture of someone in noodles uniform with their name above it for the about me widgets. Hulk can you try to make these graphics if you don’t want to i will make them. When you have made them please upload them to tinypic or whatever and comment the links on anything on http://nathancool1.wordpress.com the comment will not be approved so only me and you will know what the new graphics look like.

3. information updated , all the out of date info will be updated

the road to being major

most cp army’s dream of being major and we are not a exception , I would love for noodles to be major. Heres how we can do it

1. mass recruitment day we have at least 5 active in this army so im gonna set a task of recruiting 20 people in one day , OMG 20 PEOPLE THATS IMPOSSIBLE i hear you say but in my opinion it isn’t if every active person in this army recruited 4 people we would have at least 20 so all you have to do is recruit 4 people in one day doesnt seem as hard does it .You will each be assigned a popular cp chat and on that chat you must pc members and ask them to join try to get at least 4 and you don’t need to stop at 4 recruit as much as you want . The mass recruitment day will be scheduled about halfway through april so get ready.We will have this mass recruitment day once a month.

2. persuading armys to merge into us try to get as many army’s to merge as you can here are the terms and conditions to tell them

1. everyone will be one rank lower than before

2. we will keep the same site/name

3. they can’t be admin only editor

im going to Scotland on sunday I will be back on Wednesday this wont put back the preparations for the new site that much it will be done on the 6th  april so hulk im gonna need your graphics to be done by the 3rd.

Laziness.

Ok, I know that I promised not to make any more posts until this whole Nathan-Hulk website hate relationship thing is sorted out for good. But while Nathan’s all wrapped up in the new website, we’re getting really inactive. We haven’t scheduled very many events. Now, I know that all of the leaders except me live in the UK, while I live in CST. That’s gonna be a major problem while we are small. Still, I’m scheduling a week’s events, but after Nathan finishes the site on the 6th so we can advertise “The Noodles” instead of “The Naked Penguins”.

Where: Cozy, Nacho Chat (online recruiting), and Noodle Chat.

     The first one is questionable for me, I’ll probably be there 10 minutes late, and the second one I’m not sure I will be able to do at all, but I don’t go to school on Friday, but I might have to go to a movie with my cousins. I’m also thinking about joining the Blue Alliance. I’ts a great way to get more recruits and get more active.

Ok, I’ve sort of been changing opinions on this whole civil-war thing. This is my final say. If I had come to the Noodles earlier when this hate-relationship started, I could have stopped it. But it’s too late. Almost nothing can stop Hulk and Nathan from fighting each other. If you guys didn’t like in the UK, I would find out your address, go to your house and murder you in your sleep. This is out of my hands. You might ask, “I thought you had experience. What would you have done a long time ago?” Well, back then, people would just completely give up. That’s what I’m on the verge of doing. The only thing that’s keeping me from retiring is hope. We need someone with current experience to work this out. I’m not the right one. I can’t do it, guys.

     Tom, I understand completely that you don’t want to advise this army. I would refuse it, too. We are a complete mess.

     One more thing: I’m not making any more posts. I’m still in the army, but I am completely out of this until Nathan sets things straight, because I cannot do this. I know you might be thinking that even though I make great posts, I’m not a good leader. That’s not true. It’s just that not being able to fix civil wars is my fatal flaw. This is between Hulk and Nathan. Try not to get involved. I’m sorry, guys. I can’t do it. Goodbye.

STOP (Again)

     I’m sorry about my last post. I was just so angry and frustrated at everybody, including me. When I was first made co-leader of this army, I wanted to make it powerful. I immediately began making plans. But the truth is, we can’t even stop fighting with ourselves. I thought that Nathan’s outrages were rare, until I saw Hulk’s comment on Nathan’s post that was demanding him to delete his new website. The comment heavily hinted that these outrages have happened before. At first, I had no idea how to respond. A little while later, I went on Nacho chat. The soldiers online were talking about the 3rd leader Gamer was going to pick. As we were talking, I remembered a scene on chat that was similar to this. It happened a while ago. At the time, I was on chat, talking with my buddies. They were also talking about the 3rd main leader that current one was choosing. Then a new recruit asked a bold question. “Why can’t we just have ONE main leader? Wouldn’t that be easier?” he asked. An owner replied, “No way. That would cause a civil war. One main leader is a dictatorship.” 

     So why am I telling you all this? It helped me realize the Noodle’s main problem. Nathan, you’re abusing the co-leaders. Co-leaders are supposed to approve the main leader’s ideas and share their own. Instead, you’re demanding everyone to agree with your ideas and threatening to fire anyone who disobeys you, doesn’t agree with your ideas, or speaks out against you. It causes the soldiers to abandon the army and the co-leaders to get mad at you. How do we fix it? Here are a few ideas I came up with:

• Appoint a second main leader. No one will be able to fire him unless EVERYONE on the owner line agrees to it.
• Appoint an advisor. Again, he can’t be fired unless we all agree that he deserves it. When we are in civil war or something’s wrong with our owner line, the advisor will step in and help the army realize what we are doing wrong, and gives suggestions to fix it. Even though he will never schedule any events, an advisor would probably be one of the army’s most valuable contacts. Personally, I would say that Twing/Tom would do it well. You try to step in when something’s wrong by commenting and giving your honest opinion. I admit that I am not the biggest ACP fan, but this isn’t ACP. I think you would do great.
• Nathan, sign a  contract. It should state that the main leader cannot fire anyone without everyone else approving of it.

              Ok, I know that the ideas aren’t real great, but it’s a start.

     Nathan, I’m sorry that I’m stating this so harshly. But I need to do it this way. I need to get your attention and to get you to realize what you’re doing wrong. I don’t care if you fire me anymore. All I want is you to realize how much of a mess we are in. I want all of you to try to do something about it, even if I won’t be able to see because Nathan excommunicated me from the Noodles. Even if I am fired, I don’t want to leave the army the same as it was when I came. We will never be a strong army if we don’t have strong leaders.

Guys, really we really need to stop fighting. Nathan, stop threatening people by telling them that you’ll fire them if you don’t do EXACTLY wat you tell them to do. That’s dictatorship. Actually listen to people, Nathan. Nathan, I thought you were a nice person at first. I thought that your outbursts didnt happen that often. But now, I’m starting to rethink things. And if you threaten to fire me for this, I don’t care. The Noodles is important to me, but it is not my life. I have other armies to serve. People have told indirectly that you can be a dictator sometimes. Now I’m telling you directly. I think you don’t understand what people are trying to tell you. However, I don’t think that you’re completely guilty for this. Hulk, I don’t doubt that you have a knack for GFX and all that stuff. Just don’t assume that you’re doing all the website and computer stuff. That’s all.
